Day-by-day itinerary — Breakfast package
DAY 01: NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT – GANGTOK (120 KMS / 5 HRS)
Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 02: EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE & NEW BABA MANDIR (NATHULA OPTIONAL)
After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Regarding Nathula Pass:
DAY 03: GANGTOK - DARJEELING
Post breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Darjeeling. On arrival at Darjeeling check in and relax. Evening explore Chowrasta area on your own. You can also walk towards Mahakal Temple from Mall Road. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 04: DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. You can also walk towards Mahakal Temple from Mall Road. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 05: DARJEELING – NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT (95 KMS / 3 HRS)
After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.
Included in this option: 4 nights’ accommodation on twin sharing; Daily breakfast except on arrival day. Lunch and dinner are extra. Private transfers and sightseeing as per this option’s itinerary, on a point-to-point basis rather than full-day disposal. Local on-tour assistance.

Day 01: NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT – GANGTOK (125KMS / 05HRS)

DAY 02: GANGTOK - TSOMGO LAKE & BABA MANDIR – GANGTOK (55 KMS ONE WAY)

DAY 03: GANGTOK HALF DAY LOCAL SIGHTSEEING – DARJEELING (115KMS / 4 HRS)
After a delicious breakfast at hotel start for the half day city tour covering, Dodrul Chorten or Stupa, Tibetology, Handicraft, Flower show, Banzakri waterfalls. After that receive transfer to the Darjeeling (6,710 ft). Check-in to hotel & enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy overnight stay in Darjeeling.
DAY 04: DARJEELING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (10POINTS)
Be a witness of the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Kangchenjunga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak at around 4 am) at Tiger Hill early in the morning (Subject to availability of token, if not possible at the time of Sunrise, then it will be covered in day time.). Best time to visit & optional experiences
Spring and autumn are popular sightseeing seasons. Winter brings colder mornings and possible road restrictions; monsoon can bring rain and travel delays. Mountain journeys take longer than distances suggest. Bring warm layers, comfortable shoes and rain protection. Wi-Fi, hot water, power backup and lifts vary by hotel, especially in North Sikkim. North Sikkim excursions require prior confirmation of route access and permits; high-altitude stops must be assessed for each traveller before booking. Snow and clear mountain views are never guaranteed.
