Day-by-day itinerary — Breakfast package — breakfast & dinner in Lachung
DAY 01: NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT – GANGTOK (120 KMS / 5 HRS)
Meet & greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 02: EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE &NEW BABA MANDIR (NATHULA OPTIONAL)
After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & New Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Regarding Nathula Pass:
DAY 03: GANGTOK – LACHUNG (117 KMS / 6-7 HRS)
After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Lachung. On the way take a break for some beautiful spots which are worth seeing and visiting like The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) &Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Bhim Nala Waterfall. On arrival at Lachung check into your hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Lachung.
DAY 04: LACHUNG – YUMTHANG VALLEY EXCURSION – LACHUNG (ZERO POINT OPTIONAL)
Early Morning after breakfast drive to Yumthang Valley (12,000 ft. Known as Valley of Flowers). You can also visit Zero point on direct payment basis. Back to resort. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Lachung.
DAY 05: LACHUNG – GANGTOK
After breakfast check out from the hotel & transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.). On the way if the weather is clear you may get to see Mighty Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Rest of the evening free for your own activities. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
DAY 06: GANGTOK– PELLING VIA NAMCHI & RAVANGLA
After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Pelling. Enroute visit Chardham and Samdruptse in Namchi and Buddha Park in Ravangla. On arrival Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Pelling.
DAY 07: PELLING FULLDAY WITH SKYWALK
Start your day with delicious breakfast served in hotel. After breakfast we drive to panoramic sightseeing of Pemayangtse Monastery, Kechiopalri Lake, Kanchanjunga Waterfalls, Rimbi Water Falls, Sidekeong Tulku Bird Park&Rabdantse Ruins. Also visit Skywalk on this day. Evening Back to Hotel and Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 08: PELLING - DARJEELING
After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling (7380 Ft / 2250 Mts, 125 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs).Check in and relax. Evening explore Chowrasta area on your own. You can also walk towards Mahakal Temple from Mall Road. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 09: DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. You can also walk towards Mahakal Temple from Mall Road. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 10: DARJEELING – NJP RLY STATION / IXB AIRPORT (95 KMS / 3 HRS)
After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for your onward journey.
Included in this option: 9 nights’ accommodation on twin sharing; Daily breakfast except on arrival day. Breakfast and dinner in Lachung; other meals are extra. Private transfers and sightseeing as per this option’s itinerary, on a point-to-point basis rather than full-day disposal. Local on-tour assistance.
Optional supplement: Nathula Rs 5,000 per vehicle. Zero Point Rs 4,000 per vehicle; Mount Katao Rs 3,500 per vehicle. All extensions depend on permits, weather and road access. Reconfirm the supplement and cancellation terms before applying.

Best time to visit & optional experiences
Spring and autumn are popular sightseeing seasons. Winter brings colder mornings and possible road restrictions; monsoon can bring rain and travel delays. Ask about a toy train ride, tea tasting or a café stop where available. These extras may need an adjusted schedule and are not included unless expressly confirmed.

Mountain journeys take longer than distances suggest. Bring warm layers, comfortable shoes and rain protection. Wi-Fi, hot water, power backup and lifts vary by hotel, especially in North Sikkim. North Sikkim excursions require prior confirmation of route access and permits; high-altitude stops must be assessed for each traveller before booking. Snow and clear mountain views are never guaranteed.
